TERMS OF SERVICE
01. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using the NEWLIFE AIOS platform, hardware, or services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
02. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
03. ACCOUNT & SECURITY
RESPONSIBILITY PROTOCOL
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Neural Key.
- You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
NEWLIFE employs biometric authentication (Iris/Vein) as the primary access method. Backup keys must be stored offline in a secure location.
04. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any international laws. You may not reverse engineer the DeepWall Core hardware or attempt to bypass the Neural Router security protocols.
05. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated data), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of NEWLIFE Technology Group and its licensors.
06. TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
